JSB Exact Jumbo MONSTER .22 Cal with 25.4 grain

Update... Base on some tests Ed performed, this type of pellets does not work well with the Matador, I thought I would let you know, so you don't have to wastes your money and time to test it. I also tested this same pellet with other type of guns, it does not work well either. So I stick with the JBS 18.1 grain for now, this pellet seems to worked well with most guns. -
I think the last shippement already arrived a few weeks ago, did you check with Tony?

I have tested it with "Benjamin Marauder" .22 Cal, the max velocity approximate 700 fps, I did not continue with other test since I could not do any better with the velocity. This is the only .22 Cal I currently have, my other .22 Cal airguns are not arrive yet. I will test it with other guns when I get them. -

It's available from airgunsofarizona's website, I just ordered a few tins to test them out. -
Hi, If we (US) want to try the EDgun pellets, is there a place we can purchase the pellets online? I just want to try it out to see if it improve anything in group and distance. Thanks, DonV.

I have noticed, the previous MODERATOR is a little shorter than the new MODERATOR which mounted on the new "Matador", is this true? Does make any difference between the 2? Can we install the new MODERATOR on the current (old) Matador? Can we use the same MODERATOR on both .177 - .22 Cal? Thanks, DonV.

That is a new EDgun with new design, but still single tohs. EDGun should name it as "Crow BullPup - Standard Edition", just kidding from what I know, EDGun still working on the repeater version, not sure when it become available, I hope not too long
-
Sure, I will post back once I get the BullPup.

The "Leapers" scopes does not look like the one that mounted on the gun in the picture. I am still trying to look for the scope, if anyone can tell me made/model, I really appreciated. I know there are ton of good scopes outhere, I do owned some expensive and good scopes, but they're long.... for a long rifle, I usually use 10-50x56 or 12-50x60. I mounted a "Leupold VX-3 2.5-8x32mm" on the EDGun Pistol, work very good, but a little but for the pistol. I am thinking to get "Nikko Stirling Nighteater 10-50 x 60AG" FT Reticle , model #: NPT105060FTAGIR, do you think this scope too long for t
-
Thanks Tony, I will test it out when I get my gun.

Hi Bluesman, Is that moderator the same as the pistol moderator? It's look the same as what I had on my pistol, please confirm. Thanks, DonV.
-
Hi Bluesman, Do you have a picture of your second moderator which mounted on the gun? or if you can re-directly to where I can see that additional moderator, I really appreaciated it. Thanks, DonV.
-
Thanks for the info Fender.

and BTW, does anyone know what kind/type of scope mounted on the new EDGun? That short scope look bitching on the EDGun and make the gun even lighter in weight. http://edgun.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=3609

Is it a repeater or still a single shot? The old stock look better than new stock, but the new stock seems to be better for hands hold, both stock look greate. When the new stock release? Can we just purchase new stock and replace the old one or we have to buy the entire new gun? Thanks again Bluesman, Don.
-
Hi Bluesman, Thanks for all the tests you have performed and look really good grouping without a vise. you're a good shooter ;) . This is the first time I heard installed additional moderator helped with grouping, if someone else experiencing the same, I will give it a try on my gun too

Me too, I am still waiting for it and it could take a couple of weeks to get in US. -
Is this a new EDGun BullPup? Or it just another modified ones? Is it safe when you put your face near by the loading zone? http://talks.guns.ru/forummisc/images?forum=165

Hello everyone, I was wondering if anyone have tested the new "JSB Exact Jumbo MONSTER .22 Cal with 25.4 grain" yet? I really want to see the results if someone already tested it. http://i42.photobucket.com/albums/e319/czawisza/exactmonster.jpg

I am new with EDgun, my first Veles pistola is orignal, I have not receive my Bullpup yet, I should get mine sometime next week or so. I am not sure if it's a good idea to mess with it, becuase EDGun build-in with regurator, the only thing I could do is adjust the power to match best with the pellets that I wanted to use with, I wanted best group from 50 to 100 yards with 30+ FPE. I am not sure if it could go up to 40+FPE or not. You got a very good grouping there with the moderator installed, thanks for sharing.
-
Wow, with the moderator, that is big improvement for grouping at 60 yards. Did you test it on a vise or hand hold? Bluesman, Did you get yours with additional moderator or you get it after and installed it yourself? I was wondering how hard to install additional modirator on the "Matador" Can you also try the same grouping at 100 - 120 yards? Base on What Tony said, he can head shot of the crow from a range of 100 - 120 yard easily, that mean the grouping must be smaller than an 1" at 100 - 120 yard, isn't it?

That's right, each person have different taste, I am just posting something difference from the original stock for example, it may not be compatible or not well balance when shooting, I do believe the original stock look very good as the way it is. It would be nice to have more than 1 stock type, so peoples can chose what they like most, doesn’t it create more sell for you? I like something looks simple and details, easy to hold and shot. I am sure you guys have a lot of sample stocks laying around, just post it here so peoples can check them out and commons on each of the stock. This is h
